My most recent outing in Red Feathers was brief but relaxing.
I made the trip to Red Feathers this past Sunday, knowing I would be traveling into bad weather. No worries though, it wasn’t about photography this time as I had to finish some Spring work to the cabin so it would be ready for Summer. When I arrived it was 40 degrees and fog. When I woke up Monday morning, the crud had lifted and I was able to make my usual rounds around the village.
One of my favorite lakes in the village is Lake Apache. This lake is full of trout and bald eagles frequently visit to hunt. So does this photographer. Nothing like the stillness of a mountain lake at sunrise.
