COVID-19 Hunker-down Log. Stardate 43996.36

Combating boredom. I’m off to Northern Colorado this afternoon. The log entries may be a bit sporadic this next week as I’ll be hitting the dusty trail for photographs in the Laramie and Medicine Bow mountains of Colorado, possibly the Snowy Mountain range in Wyoming as well. Hunkering down will continue from my cabin in Red Feather Lakes. We’ve upgraded the internet there this year. I’ll have my laptop with me. The question that remains unanswered is “how much time and effort do I plan on spending on the internet?”

Happy thought inventory. While we do have a Roku streaming TV device at the cabin, I hardly ever turn the television on. Today’s happy thought is that I won’t be bombarded with Donald Trump and the news.

My most predominate thought is of taking that first moose photo of the year. One never knows where it will be but when I see that first moose and raise my camera for the first time, I get a warm fuzzy feeling all over my body.

Supply status. No worries

Weed inventory. Freshly stocked for Red Feathers.

Laundry status. All done.

No first-responder activity to report.

The hunkering down continues.

Still alive and well here in Denver.
